Engagement of Pharmacists on Daily Remuneration Basis
Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Regional Office, invites applications to engage the services of three Pharmacists on daily remuneration basis which is purely an ad hoc arrangement at the Bank’s dispensaries. Candidates having a diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Board or University and a valid registration with Pharmacy Council of state of Maharashtra are eligible to apply. Intending candidates may send their applications along with photocopies of certificates to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Regional Office, Department of Administration and Personnel Management, Recruitment Section, Main Building, Fort, Mumbai 400 001 on or before July 15, 2011.
Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Regional Office, invites applications for engaging the services of three Pharmacists on daily remuneration basis which is purely an “ad hoc” arrangement on the following terms and conditions;
1-Pharmacists will be paid a fixed remuneration at the rate of Rs. 200/- per hour, not exceeding Rs.1000/- per day and will not be entitled to any pay, allowance or any other perks/facilities.
2-The offer of engagement will be for a maximum period of 240 days at a stretch.
3-Bank reserves the right to stop utilizing the services of the Pharmacists at any time without any notice or reason thereof.
4-Pharmacists are required to comply with and obey all orders and directions, which may from time to time be issued by an employee of the Bank under whose jurisdiction, superintendence and control, they are placed.
5-They should maintain strict secrecy regarding the Bank’s affairs and serve the Bank honestly and loyally with high integrity.
6-The services rendered by the Pharmacists will not confer any right for a temporary or permanent post in the Bank’s service.
7-They will not be regular employees of the Bank and will not be entitled to any facilities admissible to regular employees of the Bank.
8-Whenever necessity arises they will be required to work in any of the Bank’s dispensary at Mumbai during the working hours of that dispensary and remuneration will be paid depending upon the number of hours, their services are utilized by the Bank.
