System Tester – BUSS R&D India

Education: BE/ BTECH (Computer Science)/ MCA from a recognizedUniversity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare test plans for the UMI design activities
• Participate in Installation and Upgrade strategy for product deployment at customer sites
• Ensure that test activities are realized within approved time and quality
• Perform scripting activities to automate the product installation/upgrade and test activities

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Test tools and System Test environment
• Experience of working in UNIX (Linux, Solaris) environment.
• Knowledge of common 3PP’s like oracle, java installations in Unix environment
• Good knowledge with Shell/Python scripting
• Unix admin and Database admin (PostGres, Oracle) knowledge would be an added advantage
• Must have good aptitude for Quality Assurance – Verification
• Attention to detail and Quality systems orientation
• Good attitude, interpersonal skills must be a team player.
• Be a self starter and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment
