Eligibility:

Any Graduate/PG

- Provide Client Support and technical assistance to the customers via Email & Phone 

- Provide clinet reports via MYSQL, MS SQL,DB querying and excel reporting 

- Server and network monitoring with Initial/First Level troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge on telecom protocols & Technologies of SS7,GSM ,CDMA Etc
