Eligibility:
Any graduate and PG with MCITP/MCSE/MCTS/Apple Certified.
1. Willing to work in a pressure environment and ability to multitask
2. Ability to learn new technologies.
3. Must have good attitude
4. Excellent communication skills both spoken as well as written.
5. Should be willing to work on night shifts. Shifts will be on a rotation basis.
6. Should be MCITP/MCSE/MCTS/Apple Certified.
7. Should be able to handle clients over chat/email and phone
