Job Role: Senior Programmer/Team Lead/Technical Lead With 3-8 Years Exp
Job Summary :
AS400 Senior Programmer (Synon 2e)

Seneca Global requires AS400 Senior Developers with Synon 2E experience to fulfil Design and Development of technical activities. The role entails the full software development lifecycle of requirements gathering, analysis and low level design. The candidates should coordinate with the client daily for the on-going process like technical discussions, status calls etc.

Skills: 
• SYNON 2e – AS/400 RPG code generation tool
• 3-5 years of Synon Model Programming
• Should be able to analyze construct prototype deploy model applications in Synon.
• Adherence to development standards is important.
• Explore and improve the model / code etc.
• Introduce / Implement latest techniques.
• RPGLE programming skills is an added advantage
• Technically strong - should be able to work as an individual, team or lead role, depending on the nature of the project.
• Rich experience in using this tool and setting up the required framework to build the code

Responsibilities:

• Good Analytical skills
