4. Physiotherapist

5. Hospital Attendant 
   Vacancies - 12 posts
   Pay-Scale - Rs.7500/- per month consolidated
   
6. Sanitary Attendant
   Vacancies - 12 posts
   Pay-Scale - Rs.7500/- per month consolidated

Application Fee

Rs.500/- (Rs.300/- for BC/EBC) (Rs.250/- for SC/ST) in the form of bank draft in favour of State Health Society, Bihar payable at Patna.
