Ready to work in Rotational Shift (Working in Technical Support)
Should understand ITIL terminologies Should understand SLA and Other Support Metrics
Good Communication in English (Any other foriegn language will be added advantage)
Handling Handling Level 1 and Level 2 issues (Preferable Application built on Java)
