Knowledge of Frameworks like ZEND or Cake PHP will be added advantage
Should be able to provide innovative solutions and also implement them quickly
Should be a good analytical and logical thinker.
Should be able to guide a team of 2-3 programmers
Possess good communication skill.
Qualification : BE/MCS/MCA/BCA/BCS
