Job Summary :
• Developed Service Level Agreements (SLA) between Companies and Scheduling periodic meetings with the Clients for checking service Understanding the Client's Pain Areas and suggesting the Best Possible Solution as per the Client's requirement, (Staffing or Recruitment).
• Conference with the HR Heads of various Corporate for Staffing & Recruitment Solutions. Doing cold calling to the Clients and speaking to the Hr Managers and sending our Company Profile, sending Business Proposals to the Client, doing Negotiations, Closures and handover of Business to Operations
• Developed and implemented effective and efficient sourcing, recruiting, and selection strategies for business units working with IT, Non IT (Permanent, Contract and contract to hire positions)
