Job Summary :
. Good knowledge in IT and Non IT recruitment / Interest to work in recruitment.
. Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description.
. Conducting the Initial Level Pre Screening telephonic Interview with the eligible Candidates.
. Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.
. Scheduling Interviews with the Clients and coordinating with the candidates.
. Should possess excellent communication skills, flair to learn and effective people management skills
. Should be able to work independently
