QUALIFICATION AND OTHER DETAILS OF THE PROPOSED CALL CENTRE AGENTS / SUPERVISORS



Position:
1)Call Centre Agents
Qualification A Graduate or above in Agriculture or allied disciplines like, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries, Poultry, Bee Keeping, Sericulture, Aquaculture, Agri. Engg, Agri. Marketing, Biotechnology, Home Science etc., from a recognized Agriculture/Horticultural/Veterinary University.
Fluency in the local language/dialect of the State/Location applied for..
Proficiency in Computer
Desirable 1 year experience in agriculture and/or allied sectors

2)Call Centre Supervisor (CCS)- Expected no of vacancies 20
Qualification A Post Graduate or higher qualification in Agriculture or Allied Sciences
Fluency in the local language/dialect of the State/Location applied for
Proficiency in Computer
Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a Call Centre
Job Profile To supervise the working of the Call Centre Agent apart from performing the duties as a Call Centre Agent. Also responsible for liaising with different stakeholders in resolving issues for smooth functioning of the KCC.The job involves working on shifts . during 6 AM to 10.00 PM. The KCCs will operate on all days including Sundays and Holidays
