Recruitment of Junior Parliamentary Interpreter, Executive or Legislative of Committee or Protocol, Junior Clerk, Translator, Junior Proof Reader and Driver in Parliament of India.

Parliament of India is looking for suitable candidates for the post of Junior Parliamentary Interpreter of English or Hindi and Telugu Language, Junior Parliamentary Reporter of Hindi and English Language, Executive or Legislative of Committee or Protocol, Junior Clerk of English and Urdu Language, Translator, Junior Proof Reader and Driver. Name of the Post - Junior Parliamentary InterpreterLanguage: – English or Hindi and Telugu.
Post Code: – For English or Hindi (Category I) – 01 and For Telugu (Category II) – 02
Total No. of Vacant seat: – 04 + 01 seats (UR-03, OBC-01, SC-01).
Remuneration: – Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- in Pay Band – 3 Per Month.
Qualification: – Applicants must have completed Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with English or Hindi or Telugu discipline up to degree level from any reputed Institution or University.

Name of the Post - Junior Parliamentary Reporter.Language: – Hindi and English.
Post Code: – Hindi (Category III)- 03 and English (Category IV) – 04.
Vacant Seat: – 04 + 04 seats (UR-04, OBC-02, ST-01, SC-01).
Salary: – Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- in Pay Band – 3 Per Month.
Academic Qualification: – Applicants must have passed Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any Institution or University recognized by UGC with minimum Shorthand speed of 160 words per minute in Hindi or English Language.

Name of the Post – Executive or Legislative or Committee or Protocol.Post Code and Category: – 5 and Category IV.
No. of Vacant Seat: – 08 seats (UR-05, OBC-02, SC-01).
Salary: – Pay Scale Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- in Pay Band – 2 Per Month.
Academic Qualification: – Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed Institution or University with certificate in computer Course by DOEACC Society.

Academic Qualification: – Applicants must have Graduate Degree in any discipline from any reputed Institution or University with ‘C’ Grade Certificate in NCC or Sportsman.

Name of the Post – Junior ClerkLanguage: – English and Urdu.
Post Code and Category: – 7 and Category IV.
Total No. of Vacant Seat: – 18 seats for English Language and 01 seat for Urdu Language (UR-10, OBC-07, ST-02).
Salary: – Pay Scale Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- in Pay Band – 1 Per Month.
Qualification: – Applicants who have completed Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputed Institution or University with typing speed of 40 words per minute in English and Urdu are eligible for this recruitment.

Name of the Post – Translator (Category V).Post Code: – 09
Total No. of Vacant Seat: – 10 seats (UR-05, OBC-03, ST-02).
Remuneration: – Pay Scale Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4800/- in Pay Band – 2 Per Month.
Qualification: – Candidates who have completed Master Degree in Hindi with English as a Subject at the Degree Level from any reputed Institution or University with Diploma or Certificate course in Translation from hindi to English and Vice versa from any University can apply for this recruitment.

Name of the Post – Junior Proof Reader.Post Code: – 10.
No. of Vacant Seat: – 12 seats (UR-08, OBC-03, SC-01).
Salary: – Pay Scale Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2800/- in Pay Band – 1 Per Month.
Educational Qualification: – Graduate Degree in any discipline with Diploma in Printing Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in book Publishing from any Institution recognized by AICTE.

Name of the Post – Driver (Category VI)Total No. of Vacant Seat: – 03 seat (UR-01, OBC-01, SC-01).

Salary: – Pay Scale Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- in Pay Band – 1 Per Month.
Qualification: – Pass the Matriculation Examination from any recognized School with a Valid Commercial LMV or HMV License.

Applicants age Limitation
• For Junior Parliamentary Interpreter: – Applicants age must not be more than 30 years and not below than 18 years as on 20th December 2011.
• For Junior Proof Reader: – Applicants age must be less than 32 years as on 20th December 2011.
• For Remaining Post: – Candidates age not exceeding 27 years as on 20th December 2011.

Application Fee
Candidates must pay Rs. 100/- for each application and Rs. 30/- towards Bank Charges in Challan Form in any branch of State Bank of India in the current Account No. 31096407809 in favor of DDO, Rajya Sabha. The fee sent in any other form will not be accepted.

How to Apply 
Application form can be downloaded on a good quality A4 size paper. After that fill it carefully. A latest passport size color photograph should be affixed on suitable place on the application form. After that enclose all the supporting documents attested Xerox copy and original Challan with the application form. Now applicants should send it on the address given below: -
