Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL), a power generating and distribution organization of Government of Punjab, has played a key role in implementation of the Punjab Government plans for Electrification. PSPCL is looking for young & dynamic candidates with brilliant academic record for the following posts:

1. Assistant Engineer(On Training)
Full Time regular BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent degree recognized by AICTE or AMIE with 60% marks from Institution of Engineers (India) Calcutta in the discipline of:-

a) AE(OT)/ Electrical - 290 Electrical Engineering
b) AE(OT)/ Mechanical - 30 Mechanical Engineering
c) AE(OT)/ Instrumentation & Control - 15 Instrumentation & Control Engineering
d) AE(OT)/ Electronics & Communication - 15 Electronics & Communication Engineering
e) AE(OT)/ Civil - 13 Civil Engineering

Pay-Scale – Rs.16650- 39100 + Rs. 5800 Grade Pay

2. Junior Engineer / Auxiliary Plant Attendant/ Assistant Junior Specialist/ Supervisor-

Full time regular 3/4 years Diploma from an institute recognized by State / Central Govt. with minimum 60% marks or BE/ B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent degree recognized by AICTE or AMIE with at least 60% marks from Institution of
Engineers (India) Calcutta in the discipline of:-

Discipline - Electrical Engineering

a) Junior Engineer/ Elect. - 260
b) Aux. Plant Attendant/Elect. - 22
c) Asstt. Junior Specialist/Elect. - 5

Discipline - Mechanical Engineering
d) Aux Plant Attendant /Mech. - 22
e) Asstt. Junior Specialist /Mech. – 12

For Diploma, in Instrumentation or Electronics Engg. For BE/ B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering or MIE, in Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Communication Engineering

3. Asstt. Manager/IT Systems - 20
Qualification - Full time regular BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc. Engineering in Comp. Science/IT with a minimum 60% marks or equivalent degree recognized by AICTE or Full time regular MCA with at least 60% marks or Full time regular Masters degree in IT with at least 60% marks.

4. Safety Officer - 3
Qualification - Full time regular BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc. Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks with Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized Institution/ University
Pay-Scale – Rs.16650- 39100 + Rs.5800 Grade Pay

Qualification - CA/ ICWA

2. Assistant Manager/HR - 32
Qualification - 2 years Full Time regular MBA with specialization in HR / IR with at least 60% marks with one year post qualification experience in the relevant area of HR or IR
Pay-Scale - 16650-39100 + Rs. 5800Grade pay

3. Law Officer- II - 6
Qualification - 1) Full time Graduation with minimum 60% marks & Full time regular Graduation in Law with professional 3 years course with minimum 60% marks or five years integrated degree graduation in Law with professional course with minimum 60 % marks and 2) Three years post qualifications experience in law matters.
Pay-Scale – Rs.10900-34800 + Rs. 4350 Grade pay

4. 4. a)Revenue Accountant - 100
Qualification - CA Inter or ICWA inter or M.Com with minimum 60% marks with one ear post qualifications experience in Finance and Accounts.
Pay-Scale – Rs.10900-34800 + Rs. 4550
b)Divisional Grade pay Accountant – 50

5. a) UDC (Accounts) - 300
Qualification - Full time regular B.Com with minimum 60% marks with one year Computer course equivalent to PGDCA Course (O level certificate) of Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Govt. of India or a Govt. recognized Institution which is ISO-9001 certified.
Pay-Scale - 6400-20200 + Rs. 3050 Grade pay

6. b) UDC (General) - 200 Full time regular Graduation in Sc./Commerce/Arts with minimum 60% marks with one year course equivalent to PGDCA Course(O level certificate) of Department of Electronics & Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Govt. of India or a Govt. recognized Institution which is ISO-9001 certified. OR Full time regular BCA with minimum 60% marks.
Pay-Scale - 6400-20200+ Rs. 3050 Grade pay

AGE LIMIT: Age limits as on 1/1/2011 for eligibility for different posts will be as under:- i) Assistant Engineer/Accounts Officer/Assistant Manager (HR)/Assistant Manager (IT)/Safety Officer
age - 20 to 37 years
ii) All other posts- 18 to 37 years
