Job Description : Process Engineer required @ Impressico Business Solutions
Job Description :
1. Define the Process Areas and Goals
2. Responsible for the effective implementation of the Quality System
3. To promote Quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
4. Updating Process documents as required
5. Conducting internal audit on a periodic basis as per the QA plan.
6. Analyze metrics at org. level & provide support to Project teams on metrics analysis
Desired Profile :
1. Knowledge of CMMI Process areas
2. Knowledge on Generic Goals and Specific goals under PA
3. Knowledge on different software development methodologies
4. Knowledge of causal analysis, gap analysis, metrices, statistical quality and process control
5. Candidate should have good interpersonal skills to deal with internal employees
6. candidate should have good communication skill
Requirements to the education : B.Sc/ B.Tech/B.E. /BCA / M.Sc/MCA or equivalent
The required work experience : 0-2 years
