Job Description : Business Analysts for a start-up IT Company
Job Description :
For our development team in Pune, we are now recruiting younger (fresher) Business Analysts.
You should have a background in MSc in Computer science or Finance. Exposures to transaction solutions, financial services, business software or similar experiences are beneficial.
We are a start-up IT Company, and you can expect a lot of learning & growth opportunity!
You will be working in our development team; analyzing, documenting and testing (QA) project requirements. You will be working in a team with senior and junior staff
The work will include documenting and setting up business processes and workflows, creating mockups, tests and requirements based upon our projects business/functional requirements.
You need to have good communication skills, both in spoken and written English. You need to work well as a team player in a cross-functional team, but also be able to work independently.
You need to be very analytical and be interested in understanding business models and have good research skills with the ability to take initiative.
If you have exposure to J2EE, UML, BPM, Drools, SOA Web services it is beneficial.
We have offices in Sweden and India.
Desired Profile :
Candidate must know
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling
Beneficial experiences are
• Software development experience
• Billing process experience
• BPM (Business Process Modeling) scripting (ex. Drools)
• UML
• XML
• Good at problem solving
• Strong attention to details
• Quick learner
Desired Profile :
• BSc in Computer Science or Finance or higher
• Possibly MBA
• 0-12 months of work experience as a business analyst
• Should be available to join within 20 days.
• CV should state expected CTC.
