RECRUITMENT OF ADVISORS ON CONTRACT BASIS
Andhra Bank, a leading Public Sector Bank invites applications from retired executives of Public Sector Banks / NIBM / CAB / BIRD etc, for appointment as Advisor on Contract Basis for a period of six months subject to a review of performance after three months.

1 Job Profile
Advising the Bank in the matters relating to development of infrastructure and other facilities in the Staff College/Training Setup. To assist in preparation and implementation of training plan in tune with Corporate objectives. Any other specific task relating to training assigned by the Bank

3 Eligibility Retired Executive not below the rank of General Manager (TEGS VII) with not less than 20 years of experience in Banking also with experience in
managing / running a training establishment or a retired professor from a banking training institute like NIBM/CAB etc. with experience of not less than 10 years in academics / administration of a college
4 Age Not above 65 years of age
5 Period of Contract 6 months subject to review of performance after first 3 months
6 Remuneration Consolidated pay of Rs.50,000/- PM plus Bank’s car with driver
7 Place of Assignment Hyderabad
