Position: Management Trainee (10 openings)
Job Description:
The incumbent will be designated as Management Trainee would be trained & developed on the various functional areas of Business Management over the period of 6-9 months as per the Global Training Module (GTM) followed by the
organization for position of Business Manager
The job profile includes all the functional areas of Management (Marketing, HR, Finance)
· System & Client Presentation (MARKETING /SALES/ ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONS).
· Retentation (HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT)
· Team leading (TRAINING, TEAM DEVELOPMENT & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT)
· Managing of working capital & investment (FINANCE MANAGEMENT)
. Management of all the operations of newly opened SBUs (OPERATIONS, CLIENT HANDLING OR BRAND HANDLING)
