Location: Delhi, Chandighar, Ludhiana, Bangalore, Tiruppur, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mysore, Virudhunagar, Guntur, Trivandrum, Kottayam, Pune, Mumbai

Job Description:
- Prior experience of Technical Support is a MUST.
- Preferred Industry would be Telecom or ISP/ Franchise or Outlets who service for any client for Technical support.
- Should have a thorough knowledge of OS and Networking concepts like, DNS, DHCP, System Restore, Recovery Console etc
- Should be well versed with Hardware Issues i.e. Assembling PCs, checking LAN etc and also hand on experience with Software installation.
- Support all the Clinck Products which are Windows Compatible i.e. Clinck Desktop, Clinck Cyber Café Manager, Online Clinck Cyber Café Manager and the upcoming products which are installed in more than 60000 Terminals and around 6000+ Cyber cafes.
- Support Product Beta launch and Product Demos.
- Good Communication and Probing skill.

Qualification:

Diploma Holder/ Graduate /Post Graduate - Certification in Networking / Computer Hardware is preferred.
