Job Description:
The role will revolve around understanding our business domain.
They will be solely responsible for making sure that the client requirements have be captured accurately and delivered timely.
Our domain is as such it can span across various business verticals, e.g., aircraft, fleet, medical equipments, banks, financial institutions, agricultural equipments etc
So the employee get a chance to know various business domain without having to shift career paths (this happens in course of doing the need gap analysis where a thorough understanding of the client business and client vertical is needed to help design and implement a software for them).
Since our operations are mostly based out of North America, Canada and the Middle East we would prefer for those candidates to apply who are willing to travel overseas.
Desired Profile :
1. Excellent oral and written skills
2. Ability to interact with clients to understand system requirements
3. Ability to document system requirements in a fashion where they can be understood by a development team (writing functional specification)
4. Ability to respond to RFI / RFP requests
5. Ability to do a need gap analysis
6. Willingness to travel overseas preferred
Eligibility :
MBA (finance/marketing/systems/IT) freshers with 60% aggregate.
