Requirements/Qualifications (Education):
• Bachelors in Engineering/Master of engineering from a reputed institute with good academic record (min 70%)
Job Description:
• 0-2 Years of relevant experience
• Job profile:
• Contribute to SoC DfT activities
• DFT audits and signoff
• Participate in the test mode simulations of SoCs.
• Work on test vector generation and ATE test vector debug and support
Required knowledge and skills:
• VLSI Design flows
• Logic and Circuit design
• Working knowledge using Verilog
• Timing analysis
• Knowledge of DFT flow
* RTL/ gate level simulations and debug
• Good communication skills
• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.
Desirable Skills:
• Expertise in scripting languages
* Knowledge of DfT tools
