Job Description :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring all Infrastructure systems, Network and SQL/Oracle Database.
First Level troubleshooting for all Infrastructure systems, Network and SQL/Oracle Database, wherever applicable.
Analyze and resolve problems according to priorities and time frames documented in policy documents and SLA, including escalation to external teams.
Document 100% of calls in CRM tool with complete and accurate information.
Keep customers informed of incidents and scheduled downtime. Keep them informed of progress to the incident resolution or work around. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure compliance of client Service Level Agreements as set forth by Client Services and Sales.
•Assist in the documentation and policy creation efforts.
•Prepare efforts as directed by NOC Lead
•Attend training, both technical and soft skills, when needed or directed.
Keep up to date on current technology trends and methods.
Desired Profile :
Skill Requirement:
• CCNA networking certifications from Cisco preferred.
• MCSA certifications preferred.
• RHCE certifications preferred.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to listen to the needs of users, evaluate same and act accordingly .Has the ability to manage multiple
• Graduation in mainstream subject (B.Sc., B.Com, B.A., BCA, B.E. or equivalent)
Key Skills : Should have good knowledge on CCNA networking certifications from Cisco preferred, MCSA certifications preferred, RHCE certifications preferred, Strong communication skills
