Log into Remedy Helpdesk system and then do technical research to find the resolution and solve the issues. Give L1 and L2 support to all technical queries of Software and APIS.
Desired Profile :
Good Analytical, Problem Solving and Technical skills to hand Technical Product support. Person should be quick learner and should have good English communication skills.
Mandatory Skills:
JAVA or C# language coding skills
C language basics
Desired Skills:
How to use UNIX OS and so on.
