Candidate will be hired as Trainee for three months. Candidate may be absorbed on the rolls on demonstration of excellent performance.

Desired Profile :
Any graduate with 70% through-out in academics.
Competencies for the Role:
1. Knowledge
• Understanding of HR function and Indian recruitment Market
2. Skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self organized with good time management skills. Should have the ability to multitask i.e. manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook
3. Behavioural Attributes
• Team Player
• Must have the drive, energy and persistence
• Target-driven and self motivated, must have the ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.
• Ability to take initiative
