- Research and integrate other .NET compatible technologies
- Write and optimize SQL queries.
- Implement XML web services.
- Unit testing.
- Some understanding of databases, database design and integration

- Ability to balance priorities and deliver projects on time
- Able to learn new technologies
- Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server
