Invesco is hiring 5 fresh MBA Finance graduates for the IO Portfolio Operations - Recon Team, Hyderabad centre.
Referrals meeting the eligibility criteria below may be sent toopportunity@invesco.com  by Thursday EOB, 7th July 2011.  Please note the resume should be sent along with the attached completed referral form.


Eligibility criteria:  
Pass out: 2010 only
Cut off: 60% aggregate in MBA (Finance)
No history of backlogs / arrears in any subject throughout the course
Willingness to work in shifts (any 9 hours)

Additional screening criteria will be as below:
1. Knowledge of Recon & Finance
2. Good communication skills
3. Comprehension skills
4. Good Analytical skills
5. Eye for detail & Problem solving skills

The selection process

All the selected candidates will be intimated via email from our Human Resources Team for the written test to be conducted on July 9, 2011 (Saturday) in our office premises followed by Personal Interview on later date. All these Interviews are scheduled post screening & not walk in interviews

You can email your referrals to opportunity@invesco.com. Do not forget to complete the candidate information in the attached excel sheet and also attach the resume of the candidate. The cut off date for receipt of these referral emails is July 7, 2011.  Shortlisted candidates will receive a response from our HR Team
