* Attend inbound calls/Web queries and provide Technical Support to the clients.
* Handle their queries in a courteous and professional manner and deliver the highest level of customer service.

Candidate must have:
• Good communication skills with a clear diction
• Ability to construct simple and sensible sentences
• Ability to comprehend correctly
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to approach problems logically
• Strong customer service focus

Technical Knowledge:
• Problem solving skills in Technical troubleshooting

Freshers with good communication skills shall be considered.
