Job Description :
Responsible for dealing with customer calls as per the SLAs outlined by the client.
The right candidate should have strong customer service focu with the ability to empathize with the customer and prioritising customer needs.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with prior experience in US / UK voice processes shall be preferred.
Desired Profile :
* 6 months – 3 yrs experience in Voice based process (inbound customer service / query resolution or outbound collections / customer service) interacting with US residents.
Freshers can also apply
* Should possess excellent Oral Communication Skills
* Should have work Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel)
* Should posses excellent composition & writing Skills
