Job Description :
• Have basic knowledge of LAN & TCP/IP Protocol
• Should have sound knowledge of Laptop/Desktop hardware.
• Should have good knowledge of network rack patching & rack mounting.
• Should have sound knowledge of MS Outlook 2003/2007
Desired Profile :
• Follow standard help desk procedures for customer call resolution and escalations & should have worked on helpdesk tooling software.
• Prepare activity reports\logs\daily action sheet
• Should have good communication skills.
