2. Interaction with customers via phone, chat and email.
3. Troubleshooting and maintenance of servers.
4. Willing to work in night shifts.
Desired Profile :
-Minimum of 80% marks in 10th as well as 12th standard.
-Any undergraduate fresher.
-Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written
-Willing to Join immediately
