Job Description
1. Reconciliation of books of accounts & related activities.
2. Preparation of financial statements, including independent costing of balance sheet & profit & loss A/C.
3. Preparing MIS.
4. Bill verification.
5. Payment verifications.
6. Credit party analysis, with proper reporting of short payments if any and
TDS details. Ensuring collection of TDS certificates from parties.
Reconciliation of party account.
7. Income tax, TDS and related all compliances within stipulated time.
8. Control of cheque leaves
9. All direct and indirect taxation related compliances in time.
10. Preparing TDS certificates. Ensuring correct deduction against
credit/payment to parties and depositing the same in time.
11. Communicating with various authorities in respect of various related
affairs of accounts department of hospital. And regular reconciliation of
credit parties accounts and reporting according to necessary advices.
12. Ensuring timely submission of required information by management
from time to time.
13. And other related activities including other tasks as and when asked to
do from time to time.
14. Preparation and submission of internal compliance report at stipulated
intervals.
15. Preparation & submission of financial statements as desired.
16. Condemnation committee
