We have a current job opening (Employee Referal) for RFPs/Proposal Development & Knowledge Management up for 20 people, (18 Experienced and 2 Frehers).
We are looking for dynamic people with excellent communication skill with sales/support experience (any graduate) and willing to grow in this perticular field.
In brief the JD would be:
Works with the sales team and various other internal or external suppliers or vendors during the end-to-end process starting with RFP's through bid creation to post sales support in execution.
· Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs, adhering to timelines and with utmost quality by identifiying and expressing solutions that exactly meet the needs of clients and customers.
· Support the development of proactive proposals by researching and expressing solutions that exactly meet the needs of clients and customers
· Articulate definitions and descriptions for customs offers and position that content for competitive markets, market segments, and vertical markets.
· Take responsibility in owning the deliverables and ensuring the validity of the responses created with the customer account and response team.
· Share information, status, needs, and issues related to active time-driven projects with US and MoW work groups to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.
· Maintain consistent messaging of company's services in the market while understanding the typical sales cycle and supporting all custom proposal activities during deal pursuit
· Bachelors of Liberal Arts/Engineering /Computers Science/Management/ Communications or Post graduate in any discipline
· Knowledge of wireline and wireless telecommunications solutions
· Excellent oral and written English skills
· Well-versed in standards, practices and procedures in supporting US and MoW sales teams as they provide custom solution proposals to their customers.
· Over 4 years of sales /sales support experience in telecommunication services or software products. Certifications in communications/writing/ proposal skills added advantage (ONLY for PROA4)
· Over 2 years of sales /sales support experience in telecommunication services or software products (ONLY for PROA3)
