10 std & 12 std - 65% (Mandatory)
BE/B.Tech - 65% (Mandatory) - 2009/2010 passout
BSc/BCA with MCA/M.Tech - 70% (Mandatory) - 2009/2010 passout
Certification in AS400 or 3 months course in AS400 with certificate is mandatory. Should have done course after BE.
Good communication skill
If you have passport is an added advantage.
