Job Description : GIS QA Associate/ Sr. Associate
Job Description :
As a GIS QA Associate/ Sr. Associate, you will be responsible for quality analysis of geography information. You will be exposed to various forms of spams, user engagement and will be responsible for improving the quality and productivity in order to have a direct, measurable impact on the user experience and engagement. Should be knowledgeable about geography and be computer savvy and utilize strong analytical skills to innovate and improve existing processes and to effectively catch bad and abusive activities. Should be detail- oriented, work well in fast-paced environments, and are able to make strong contributions to a growing global team.
Responsibilities:
• Strong judgment and common sense in the GIS, user facing UGC product space
• Ensure compliance with regulation in the areas of verification.
Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with a strong academic record. Advanced degree a plus. (MBA or in GIS)
• Experience in operations preferred but not required.
• Self-starting with strong analytical skills
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.
