Prepare requirement documents for minor/major functionality changes and review documents prepared by IT team
UAT testing of all changes incorporated in insight and other related online tools
Ensure timely delivery of online Changes, Projects and data requests
Address end user issues reported with the help of IT team wherever required
Address and facilitate changes required by internal HR teams
Cater to data requests from ops and internal HR teams
Audit online processes to identify fine tuning opportunities across various Insight modules
PMS (Appraisals)
Assist in various phases/activities during appraisal cycles
Prepare appraisal related MIS and reports
Address employee queries/issues during appraisals and provide resolution by liaising with IT team wherever required
Other misc activities related to PMS as required from time to time
Other Key responsibilities:
Assist in review of hiring requests
Assist in Relationship Management activities – Exit/Retention Interviews, One on One meetings, Data analysis , facilitation of various HR communication forums and other RM related activities
Prepare various MIS reports that go into MBR & QBR decks
Provide support for employee background check process
Desired Profile:
MBA/Graduate with 0-3 years exp
Has system/technical orientation
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people across levels
Able to work with large amount of data
Works well with teams and executes tasks with precision
Age:-Below 30 years
Job Location: Needs to be flexible for Ghatkopar location
Pick up & Drop Facilities: Centralized – Station pick and drop – 5days working
