• Must have worked in a large scale J2EE enterprise application development
• Good understanding of Object oriented design, GOF and J2EE design patterns
• Experience in J2EE development frameworks like Struts, Spring , Hibernate and EJB
• Experience in using Oracle database for J2EE application development
• Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain is a plus
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Engineering or MCA degree is a plus
