Civil Engineering graduates from 2011 batch with a minimum aggregate of over 70% marks (for Tamil Nadu), 55% Marks (for Maharastra), 60% marks (for remaining states) with no history of arrears.

Job Description :
All Management Trainees will undergo two and a half years of on the job intensive training. On completion of the same, the candidates will be put on a fast track growth and will be absorbed as Assistant Project Managers by the Company.
Candidates should have high levels of energy, possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and exhibit a burning desire to excel in their work.
