Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR is one of the lead Centres of Indian Space Research Organisation situated at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh. SDSC SHAR has a combination of Solid Propellant Production Plant, Rocket Motor Static Test Facility, Launch Complexes for variety of rockets, Telemetry, Telecommand, Tracking, Data Acquisition and processing facilities and other support services.

Technician–B (Machinist) -01 -UR -1) SSLC/SSC passQualification
2) ITI/NTC/NAC in Machinist Trade

Technician–B (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) -03 -OBC -1) Qualification - SSLC/SSC pass 2) ITI/NTC/NAC in Mechanic Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Trade

Technician–B (Chemical) -02 -UR-01 OBC-01 -1) Qualification - SSLC/SSC pass 2) ITI/NTC/NAC in Chemical Trade

Technician–B (Welder) -01 -UR -1)Qualification - SSLC/SSC pass 2) ITI/NTC/NAC in Welder Trade

Technician-B (Diesel Mechanic) -04 -UR-03 ST-01 (Out of the above, 02 posts are reserved for Ex-Servicemen) -1)

Qualification - Graduation with 60% marks/ First Class as declared by the University.
2) Hindi Typing Speed @ 30 w.p.m. 3) Proficiency in the use of Computers (A Diploma of
minimum one year duration in Computer Applications is desirable) 4) Knowledge in English
Typewriting desirable
