(i) Possesses Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or
institution with certificate course in Computer from a reputed
education centre. Preferably from a Govt. recognized
organization or with six months course in Computer
programming/ office productivity tool/ Desktop publishing or
having completed IT Primer-I and II from a Government
recognized IT Education Companies.
(ii) Punjabi passed upto matric standard
