Job Description :
Ticket bookings (international & domestic) for all the travelling employees as per their grades/ levels.
Hotel Bookings (international & domestic)
Arranging Visas.
Negotiations with hotels, airlines & travel agents for best corporate rates.
Taking care of all travel details & managing Records
Keeping a track of foreign currency issued to employee for foreign travel and their settlement. Deposition of cheque respectively.
Managing Billing Records from portals & agents
Co-ordination with accounts for vendor payments.
Arranging local transportation (Company owned pool vehicles/ private taxis) for city travel.
Desired Profile :
Any Graduate with 0-2 years of experience in same field
Diploma or Degree course in Travel &Tourism is mandatory
Knowledge of Travel & Expenses software.
Good communication, negotiations & interpersonal skills.
