BOB Capital Markets Ltd.(BOBCAPS), a category-I Merchant Banker & Member BSE/ NSE on Cash & Derivatives segment, is desirous of expanding its business in Investment Banking and Institutional & Retail Broking. BOBCAPS is in search of talented and experienced personnel in the Junior & Middle level managerial position to be posted at its Registered & Corporate Office in Mumbai.

INVESTMENT BANKING 
A. Investment Banking – (Code – IB):
Candidates having experience of 3 to 8 years in Investment/Merchant Banking. Chartered Accountants with lesser experience will be considered.

B. IB (Sales & Distribution) – Code (IBSD)
Candidate having 6 to 8 yrs of experience in IPO / FPO distribution & logistics and overall coordination with Sub Syndicate members, NSE/BSE, Custodian, Registrar to the Issue, ASBA Bankers, Escrow Bankers, Printer to the Issue, etc.

C. Company Secretary -Code (CS):
Qualified Company Secretary with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Financial Services and with finance background.

EQUITY BROKING
A. Research – Code (EQR):
Candidates having experience of 3 to 8 years in Fundamental Research and / or Technical Analysis.

B. Equity (Sales & Distribution) – Code (EQSD):
Candidate with 6 to 8 yrs of experience in equity sales / marketing to Institutions. The candidate should have experience of Primary as well as Secondary markets in dealing with Institutions.

C. Dealers – Code (EQD):
Candidates with 2 to 3 yrs of dealing experience in Cash and F&O segment in equity broking.

D. Back-Office Operations – Code (EQBO):
Candidates with 2 yrs experience in back office operations and hands on experience on Lidha-Didha (LD). Candidate with 3 to 5 years experience in Risk Management with regard to broking business with sound knowledge of RM software like Protector/Reliable etc.

G. Information Technology – Code – (IT)
Candidates should have minimum 2 years experience in IT environment of a Broking/Financial services company. The candidate should have sound knowledge of System/Network Administration, Database Administration with special background of Broking/financial services.
