Job Description
• L1 troubleshooting on windows, OS and Outlook / Lotus Notes.
• Call logging / assigning
• Coordination between users and engineers
• Reports
• Attending the calls and queries(call and remote support). Logging the calls, assigning the calls to the respective support engineer
• Preparing daily, monthly call reports and forwarding to Client and PM.
• Follow up with vendors for pending calls or as required.
• Co-ordinate with the engineers.
• Coordinate and maintain a log sheet of request activities of the Help Desk, be able to prioritize service requests according to importance, i.e., emergency, immediate, high priority, moderate, general or suggestion.
